Bel Roc Co., Ltd. has been co-founded by European and Asian investors with decades of experience in the aircraft leasing and finance industry. The project initiator has more than 10 years experience in the real estate and vacation rental business in Ko Samui.

The management of Bel Roc Samui brings more than 10 years of expertise in the real estate industry and a track record of seven completed construction projects. Currently managing six construction projects across Koh Samui, comprising 15 villas under construction and over 20 in the pipeline.​​
